Weird Clothing

When we were in Seattle in August, we were walking through the city and there was a clothing shop that looked strange. So we stopped to look at their clothing rack which they had outside.  It was children's clothing and their brand was Pukies playwear. What kind of a brand name is that?!? They also had a sign that said $10 rack and there was a picture of a baby on it. Doesn't that make you think of $10 baby back ribs?

Myth Busting @ Home

Myth: Dogs are the only household pets to use the john as a water hole.

Busted! Actually, this is not at all true, as an owner of three dogs, none of them drink from the toilet, unless they are in desperate need of water and the regular bowl is empty. I will find cat, Max, however, drinking from the loo when he has no real reason to.
This would be Max, the culprit.

2 Foot Rat

While I was unloading the dishwasher I heard a little bumping, I assumed that it was my mom coming down the stairs. I kept hearing it and than I looked in the direction and than I saw that a cabinet was mysteriously opening and closing by its self. I got really freaked out and ran into the dining room. I called my mom, Jamie, and she didn't see it (of course). It opened a little bit again and I called her again this time she saw it. In my house we have had problems with big rats... Not anymore though. She told me to get my cat Mandy, because he was supposed to hunt it. I got him put him down near it, he yawned and walked away. I got a broom, and than I saw the brown little paw of Aspen my Siamese. It turned out to be her batting the door because I opened a cabinet, she walked in and I closed it.

Poor Street Naming

This is a picture of the street signs outside the barn where my family keeps our horses. I personally would suggest that they switched the bottom and top street signs, at least then it would have read something close to the famous Science Fiction author who wrote Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? instead of....
